STEP 1:
1. First of all, find a level ground and a vertical wall – (underground car park is recommended)
2. Face to the wall, drive your car straight forward to the wall and stop the car as close as you can against to the wall.
3. In the front wall, draw a vertical line or stick a gummed paper corresponding to the location of the (Y)centerline.
4. Reverse your car in a straight line against the centerline mark till 25ft (about 7.6M ).
STEP 2:
- Measure the (X)hight from geometric center of lamp housings to the ground.
- Measure the distance from (L)low beam light lens to the center of the car, as well as the (H)high beam distance from the center of the lens to the center of the car.

STEP 3:
1. According to the measurement you get from the STEP 2.1., find the point (X)hight on (Y)centerline, then draw (T) a straight horizontal line cross the (Y)centerline.
2. Draw (S) a parallel horizontal line 2-inch below the first horizontal line.
3. According to the measurement you got from STEP 2.2., start from the (Y) use (L) to find the point (LS) on the (S), then draw a short vertical line cross the (LLS). Do it the same on the right side, you mark the (LRS).
4. According to the measurement you got from STEP 2.2., start from the (Y) use (H) to find the point (HLT) on the (T), then draw a short vertical line cross the (HT). Do it the same on the right side, you mark the (HRT).

STEP 4:
1. First we do the left light, turn on the low beam. You will see the light is scattering on the wall, then use the remote contral to focus the light till you see the light becomes focus and the light cut-off rule below and close the (LS). Same step for the right low beam correction.

2. Second, we do the high beam. Since the high beam does not have cut-off rule, so we just make sure the focus is on the (HF) and (LF), then it is all done.
